Clubhouse

Exercise Equipment: State of the art exercise equipment including a treadmill, stationary fitness bike, weight bench, and elliptical trainer. Please read all instructions located in gym before using the equipment.

Pool Table: Regulation size pool table and equipment

Kitchen: Full Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator. In addition, all of the sports equipment for tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and pickle ball are stored in the kitchen area. The sports courts are behind the clubhouse. The clubhouse key opens the kitchen.

Book Library:  A large variety of donated books are available for exchange and your reading enjoyment. Comfortable seating is available.

Meeting/Conference: A large meeting room with flat screen HDTV is available for board meetings, free yoga classes, bridge clubs, and can be reserved for private functions or parties. 

Dog Park

1. Dog Park closes at sunset daily.
2. No animals other than dogs may be brought into the fenced area.
3. All dogs must be leashed until safely inside the dog park and returned to a leash prior to exiting.
4. Dog owners must remain in the fenced area while their dogs are using the dog park. Owners must be in view of their dogs and have voice control at all times.
5. Children accompanying dog owners must be strictly supervised and at least 12 years old to be allowed inside. Spectators should remain outside the fenced area.
6. Owners must dispose of waste properly in the designated on-site containers.
7. While small bite-sized training treats are permitted, food in bowls, long-lasting chews, or glass containers are not allowed.
8. Smoking and eating are not allowed inside the dog park.
9. No more than three (3) dogs per person are allowed on any single visit.

Puppies less than four (4) months old are not permitted.

Tennis Court

1. Usage of the courts are at your own Risk.
2. No Food, glass or alcoholic beverage are on allowed on any portions of the courts surface.
3. No bicycles, roller blades or skate boards are allowed in the area.
4. Proper footwear and attire is required.
5. Court usage is for residents and guests only.
6. Do not abuse the nets or other equipment.
7. Equipment is stored in the clubhouse; please return it all when you are done.
8. Courts are first come but can only be used for an hour if there are other residents waiting. Please be courteous.
9. The light switch is on the wall near the water fountain.

Court hours are 8am to 10pm
